How Each Service Works

Written Readings (Tarot, Crystal Ball, Archangel Oracle & Akashic Records)

After you purchase, Oracle Jo conducts your reading and types it up personally. Your reading is emailed directly to the inbox of the email address you used at checkout — no live appointment is needed. You will receive your reading within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Tarot Card Reading – Answers questions and provides clarity on situations, emotions, and future events.
  • Crystal Ball Reading – Offers past, present, and future insight to help direct you toward your best path.
  • Archangel Oracle Card Reading – A full card reading infused with celestial guidance, typed up for you to keep and re-read.
  • Akashic Records Reading – Oracle Jo accesses your soul's record to reveal past-life insight and soul mission guidance. This reading is best suited to those who are spiritually open and ready for deep reflection.

Live Text Chat Sessions (Ask the Oracle – 10, 30 & 60 Minutes)

You will be in a real-time text conversation with Oracle Jo for the duration of your session. Chat takes place via Email or WhatsApp — Oracle Jo will confirm which method to use after you book. She may draw on her Crystal Ball, pendulum, cards, Angel Guides, or Spirit Guides during your session.

Distance Crystal Reiki Healing with Archangels

This is a remote healing session — you do not need to be present in the same location. During your session, Oracle Jo sends healing energy to you while you relax and meditate at home. You may experience sensations such as warmth, lightness, or a gentle breeze as the Archangels work in your energy field.

At the end of the session, Oracle Jo will email a typed summary of the psychic insight received for you. Email will be sent to the address you used at checkout.

The 60-minute live text chat can also be used as a healing session: Oracle Jo will guide you through meditation in chat and explain what is happening in real time.

Crystal Reiki Healing is a holistic therapy intended to complement, not replace, professional medical advice and treatment.

How to Prepare for Your Session

  • Written readings: Simply complete your purchase. If you have a specific question you'd like Oracle Jo to focus on, you can include it in the Notes to Seller at checkout or send a message through the contact details below.
  • Live text chats: Have your questions ready before the session begins. Find a quiet space where you can focus without interruption for the full duration.
  • Distance healing: Choose a comfortable, relaxed position — lying down or seated — in a quiet space. You are welcome to play soft music or simply rest in silence. Allow yourself to be open to receiving.
  • All sessions: Make sure the email address at checkout is correct and accessible, as this is how your reading or insight document will reach you.

Session Timing & Delivery

  • Written readings are delivered to your email inbox within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Live text chat sessions run for the duration purchased (10, 30, or 60 minutes). Oracle Jo will confirm your scheduled time after booking.
  • Distance healing insight documents are emailed after the session is complete to the email address provided in your checkout notes.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All information you share with Oracle Jo — including your questions, personal details, and the content of your reading or session — is kept strictly private and confidential. Your information is never shared with third parties.

All readings and sessions are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. Oracle Jo does not record or store session content beyond what is needed to deliver your service.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a live text chat or healing session, please contact Oracle Jo as soon as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is offered at Oracle Jo's discretion and subject to availability. Please use the contact details below to get in touch.

Refunds

Because Oracle Jo's services are personal and digitally delivered, we are unable to offer refunds once a written reading has been sent or a live session has taken place.

If you have a concern about the service you received, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and Oracle Jo will do her best to assist you. Each situation is considered individually and with care.

For physical products (such as Tarot cloths or printed items), standard returns apply — please contact us within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.
